A Principal with a very clear vision for this Sunshine Coast School school, helped drive the creation of unique, inspiring learning spaces for both students and staff.
Foundation Principal Stephen Moore, envisioned inviting reading spaces for all children in the classroom and individual desks for each student to call their own.
He wanted inspiring learning spaces with a colour palette to match, so Sebel partnered with the team at Nirimba State Primary School to help them realise their vision for the extensive project.
Starting with the Postura® Max chair, the Sebel team worked closely with the Principal, Deputy Principal and Business Manager to carefully select colours that tied in with the school’s overall colour theme. The student tables in the classroom are complemented with a neutral timber tone to highlight the colour accents.
Emerald, Wasabi and Sapphire were chosen across the different year levels, as well as specialist indigenous print fabrics that have become a focal point for the soft furnishings.
In total, 30 GLA’s, Breakout Spaces, Administration Areas, Resource Centres, Multimedia Rooms, Music Rooms and the School Hall were furnished in this major project.
