Sebel's journey to a healthier future for generations to come.
As part of our commitment to sustainability, we are continuously exploring ways to enhance our processes and achieve our target of reducing CO2 emissions by 50% by 2027, compared to our base year of 2020.
Our approach to sustainable practices is built on three main pillars: Responsible Manufacturing, Designed to Last, and Considered Materials. These pillars play a significant role in our journey and help guide our future plans.

Switching to LED lighting
Partnering with recycling companies
Converting our fleet to electric vehicles
Recycling and repurposing furniture components
Producing items using recycled materials
Manufacturing products using recycled materials.
We’ve also designed and manufactured a range of recycled products and product components and will continue to incorporate more recycled materials in future products. Some of our products that are made from recycled materials include:
In our latest initiative, the RePlay Programme, offers Australian schools and organisations the option to participate in a service where we collect their old Sebel chairs, grind them into plastic chips, and mould them into new chairs, fully embracing the circular economy.
